What these terms cover

The names “Surekha QorLex” and “QorLex”, the SQ monogram, the lockups in which they appear, and the engagement-model names (QorLex Blend, Blend Starter, Blend Advantage, Blend Premium) are proprietary to the firm. They may not be used, registered, imitated, or applied in connection with any other business or service without our prior written consent.
Information you submit
When you submit information to us through the contact form (or by emailing the addresses published on this site), you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are entitled to share it, and that doing so does not breach any obligation you owe to a third party (for example, a confidentiality obligation to your employer or a counterparty).

The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, the language of arbitration shall be English, and the tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator.
The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka retain supervisory jurisdiction over the arbitration, and exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not capable of resolution by arbitration.
